The Healthy Feed

  • What if I have injuries?
    If you doctor says it is ok to workout, I will work with you to modify whatever is needed to insure you have a safe and effective workout. We will not do anything that will put you in a place that makes your injury worse. I will listen to what your doc says and modify your workouts accordingly. Don't let an injury be the end of your fitness journey. We have got this!
  • I have never weight trained before, am I ready to train with you?
    I work with very beginners to weight training to advanced. I meet you where you are and love to help you get stronger no matter where you are starting.
  • What is Women on Weights®?
    Women on Weight's® is a program that was created 11 years ago. I remember being intimidated by those in the weight room and wanted to learn everything I could about weight training because I knew all the benefits were amazing. I also knew that I didn't see very many women in the weight room and wanted that to change. So, I create a comfortable environment for women to weight train safely, efficiently, and effectively! Then, W.O.W. was born!
  • What are the CHALLENGES you offer and can you sign up at any time?
    The challenges are a great way to get motivated and move on limited time constraints, most workouts will be 10 to 30 minutes in length and a great way to keep accountability! You will be in a group with others doing the challenges as well. Some are free and some there is a small fee, but all are fun!!
  • What is the difference between IN Person One on One, Partner, or Group Training
    In person one on one, is where you are the sole client. A workout will be created for you and the trainer will be able to help you with your moves one on one. Partner is just as it sounds and you also get to pay a little less when you add a partner or group to the training. All three have great benefits and I will never take more than four at a time. I want to be able to insure proper form etc.
  • What kind of equipment do you have in your gym for training?

  • What if I want group/partner in person training but don't know of anyone to do it with?
    I can help you find a partner or group that works with your schedule.
  • What equipment do I need for my at home workouts?
    You will need dumbells and I recommend light, medium, and heavy weights. If you have an opportunity to get a suspension trainer that is a great add on as well as mini bands. Please note I do modify to where you would only need dumbells to have a successful workout.
  • What is the difference between the Virtual LIVE Programs the Virtual On Demand?
    The LIVE virtual will be set up via zoom and you will have a link to connect. I will be with you in real time going over all the exercises, checkin your form, and having fun together as well :). We mainly do this training with a small group and at certain times during the day. The ON DEMAND you can do at any time in the comfort of your own home. You put the video on and follow along. I will still be there to support you and motivate you if you want to message etc, but you do this on your own time.
