Fitness Professional

I have been in the Health and Wellness Industry for over 19 years and I love seeing women overcome obstacles that they never thought they could. I have been focusing on strength training for women for over 10 years and created a program called Women on Weights ®. This program is to empower women to feel stronger in every aspect of their life, more confident in everything they do, and just feel better all around. They could be lifting a heavy weight, jumping higher on a box jump, going from a power walker to a runner, doing their first push up etc. I love to see women give themselves time to better themselves and in turn be better for their family, their jobs, and their friends. Be “selfish” for 1 hour a day, you deserve at least that. I love when it clicks and they realize that the time and effort they put into feeling better mentally, physically and emotionally, is worth every second. Many husbands and kids thank me as well..LOL.

Nutrition

Do you need help figuring out healthy choices when you go the pantry, the fridge, the grocery store? Do you know what to eat but have zero motivation or ideas on how to make it happen? Is your life so crazy that it is just so much easier to grab something on the go? Do you need accountability and someone outside of your circle (your spouse, kids, friends, etc) to ask you the hard questions and encourage you to eat better?

 

 

I can't wait to show you how to make a very difficult topic a lot more basic and easier to follow. Moderation, macros, and portion control are 3 key elements I feel is the success to keeping a diet that you can sustain long term and not have to think too much . Just making a few changes, eating more throughout the day and making healthier choices can make a huge difference! Please know that I want to walk with you on this journey and will supply you with a spreadsheet where you can send me your food intake for the day etc. I will be there to review it, not only to make suggestions, but to help keep you accountable and on the right track! There are also several apps where you can keep track of your food intake and share with me. You do not have to do this journey alone! I am in your corner! Let's do this!

This is my absolute favorite part of this journey. We will talk about how to set your Priorities/Values. Sometimes your priorities need to change and you need to start focusing on yourself! That is OK! In fact, that is better than OK it should be a non-negotiable. This is time you will take to really dive deep into what YOU need for maybe the first time in your life. Give that oxygen max to yourself before putting it on anyone else!! You will be better for you and them in the end. Then, we take your priorities and break them down into goals that you achieve throughout the day and week.  I will provide a sheet/journal where you can write down everything you want to accomplish for the day etc, including goals, self-care, etc. You are going to love this part . Let's do this!!!

I am excited to guide you thru why self care will make you better for everyone around you. No matter what your schedule you will be able to fit it in. You just have to find a balance in your life, set boundaries with your loved ones, and understand what it truly means to take care of yourself first, so you are better for others!! Let's do this!!
