Working out with my daughter is so much more than just spending quality time with her. Youth that are in sports need strength and conditioning. It is so important to cross train and strengthen muscles that just being in a sport can't do. Strength training helps prevent overuse injuries and also helps create balance in their bodies! It also makes them stronger in the sport! Let's keep them safe and strong!
