Today starts the 100 Sit ups a day for 7 days challenge! If you never do a sit up , you will never be able to do a sit up. Let me say that again for those in the back: IF YOU NEVER DO A SIT UP, YOU WILL NEVER DO A SIT UP!
Crunches do not prepare you for a sit up. Here are options for your sit ups!! You can totally do this (exceptions of course with abdominal surgeries, injuries, etc)!! Don't miss all the modifications and challenges that can be done so that no matter what level you are at, you can do a sit up!
