On Demand Women on Weights® PLUS
-2 weight training workouts a week, 1 hour long! Includes videos of how to do each and every exercise effeciently and effectively, the reps and sets you should do etc.
-1 HIIT Training workout a week! This is a great way to change things up, shock the body and focus on the heart muscle a little more as well as incorporating body weight exersises and lighter dumbells. Focus is to increase the heart rate and decrease it. Amazing combo with weight training
-Nutrition: ideas for your nutrition, check ins to make sure you are completing your goals, ( new in this program will have tons of recipes and ideas for meal planning etc)
-Cardio plan on days you are not strength training. Whether you like to run/walk, bike, swim, illiptical, whatever your favorite form of cardio is, I have an interval plan for you! I have tested myself on this program and have seen amazing results with the combo of strength and this cardio program I will provide.
-Group Support: Everyone in my program is put in a group with others doing the same thing you are. They are there to help motivate and take on this journey together. I am in this group as well to answer questions and motivate, etc
-Coach support: I am available by text, fb messenger, or email, and you never have to hesitate to get advice, ask questions, or just ask me to motivate you! I got your back!
FUN!! You will work hard in this program but I also make sure the workouts are effecient, effective and FUN!! I never want you or your body to get bored! I promise you will never get bored with these workouts and the sky is the limit on how much you can challenge yourself!
