Brand New 8 Week Session of my W.O.W. Women on Weights® Program is starting Monday October 3rd!! Max of 4 women per class!

Women on Weights® is a Program Specifically designed for women and strength training. Every woman needs to effeciently and effectively weight train especially as we get older. This environment is encouraging, supportive, and every woman has their own journey. I will meet your where you are, whether beginner or advanced and help you get to the next level.

You will meet new people, learn how to love weight training, and have a ton of fun doing it!! W.O.W on Weight® has been going strong for over 10 years, and would love for you to be a part of it!

Time Slots will be mornings and afternoons. Will, have exact times soon!
