Are you ready for my 30 Day Squat Challenge?? Everyday you are going to do a certain amount of reps of Air Squats, Sumo Squats, and Split Squats! We are starting at 50 (all varitations of squats) day one and going up from there. I am adding in rest days as well, so don't worry about that!! Let's rock this challenge!!!
