Welcome to my Women on Weights® (Pain Free) Strength Training Program! This program is here to help you strength training in the safest most effective way possible. Each workout will come with a very specific warm up for the routine you have ahead and it is very important to do the entire warm up. A workout that will progress you thru movements to insure you form is good and you are ready to move to the next level! If you would like to nutrition advice and cardio options as well, I am happy to provide them for you! I can't wait to you to be able to see the full benefits of this program! Items your will need: 5, 10, 15lbs free weights to start (you more than likely will be increasing this as you progress, but this is a good start. Foam Roller Long Light Resistance Band Mat Good attitude ;)
